Q1. What is the payment term of your factory?
TT 30% deposit, 70% balance before loading. L/C is also acceptable.

Q2. Can I visit your factory?
Sure, our factory is in Zhongshan, Guangdong. Around 1.5h drive from Guangzhou. If you would like to visit our factory, please give us prior notice, we will arrange the accommodation and pick-up services for you.

Q3: What about the lead time?
Standard product needs 50-60 working days, customized product time needs 60-70 days.

Q4: What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 20GP. You could mix different items in the container, no limits to the quantity of each item. We are looking forward to cooperating with you and hopefully we would grow together in the future.

Q5: Can I change the upholstery?
Sure, but please understand that the current fabric and leather combination is finalized after our professional designer’s careful selection. We could offer you fabric and leather photos for your selection, but please note the price may increase for increased material cost.

Q6. How is your quality control?
We have a national approved testing center that conducts chemical and physical tests on raw materials and structure, we only use the quality approved material. Besides, we have a professional QC team with 50 members to test the products and packages before packing. Please feel free to contact us if you are not satisfied with our quality or service.
